July 21-25 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
After registering, please print out this form, and send it in with your check for $5/child (maximum of $10/family) for each VBS you are registering. Please mail to Living Faith UMC, 5310 S. 182nd Ave, Omaha, NE 68135.

Special needs children are always welcome!
Our leaders take a group of 5-8 Elementary students, or 3-5 Preschool students from one activity to the next. With this small group structure, and lots of fun activities, we are able to accomodate the varied needs of the children who come. Please be sure to add to the comments section of the registration form, any information that will help us meet your child's needs.
If you believe your child would benefit more from remaining in one classroom throughout the evening, with specially trained volunteers, we are offering a Special Friends VBS during our July 21-25 session. Please do not register on-line for this class - rather fill out this form and mail it in to the church office, along with your check to secure your spot.
