Pastor Mike has been the senior pastor at Living Faith since the church started in 1998. He graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary near Lexington, Kentucky, in 1989, and is a 1981 graduate of Kearney State College (now UNK). He has served the United Methodist Churches in Ainsworth and St. Edward Nebraska.
Pastor Mike has been married to Kathy Jo for 30 years and they have four grown children.

Charlene Hale

Charlene joined the staff at Living Faith in August of 2001, and her passion is finding creative ways to help our kids and families grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. She also enjoys working with a wonderful team of volunteers who are "Jesus with skin on" for the kids they teach and lead. She has a degree in elementary and special education from Hastings College and her devotion to teaching is evident in all she does.
Charlene is married to Keith and they have four growing children who keep them very busy.
Youth Ministry Director
Tom Earhart

Tom began working with our youth in 2010. He is passionate about his faith, his family and young people. Tom is truly on fire to teach and ignite our youth as disciples of Jesus Christ. Tom is a science teacher at Ralston High School and involved Boy Scouts of America.
Tom is married to Dorinda and they have three energy filled boys.
Pianist
Linda Tummons
Linda has been our pianist for nine years and brings a Master's Degree and 30 years of experience to her ministry. Linda accompanies our choirs, worship teams, and also soloists and other groups that help us worship through music.
Linda is married to Gervis and they have3 grown children and 6 awesome grandchildren.
Nursery Coordinator
Shirley Tipler
Shirley leads our nursery's paid staff and volunteers. She is also an elementary school teacher. Shirley's passion is for children. You can often catch her cuddling a new baby or reading a book to a toddler.
Shirley and her husband, Eric, have 3 growing boys.
Adult Volunteer Choir Director
Kathy Jo McInnis
Kathy Jo has been directing the adult choir at Living Faith for over six years. With her passion for people and worship, our growing adult choir continues to lead us in powerful worship music. Because of her passion for spiritual growth, the choir is also a small group ministry where there is friendship, support and prayer for one another.
Kathy Jo is employed by Vantage Point and is married to Pastor Mike. They have 4 grown children.
Children's Volunteer Choir Director
Cindy Fehrman
Cindy has been directing the children's choir at Living Faith for three years. She loves working with the kids and always has a hug and a smile for each one.
Cindy is employed at Children's Hospital. She is married to Mike and they have two grown children.
